We build in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico, and many of our parts are large or heavy. That is why each order leaves in the way that suits you best: you pick it up at our plant, or we ship it with freight quoted to your destination, which you see and accept before you pay for it.

For now we do not ship to other countries.

2. When your order leaves our plant

Resale, in stock: within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
Made to order: 6 to 8 weeks after your payment is confirmed. Each product page shows the estimated shipping month.
Custom: 6 to 8 weeks from the date you approve the drawing and we receive the deposit, unless the quote states a different lead time.

If we see we will not meet the date, we tell you in advance and you choose to wait or to cancel with a full refund of what you paid. Freight transit time is added to these lead times.

3. Plant pickup

Where: Av. Fulton 18, Fracc. Valle de Oro, San Juan del Río, Querétaro, 76803, Mexico.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We let you know by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready, with the packed weight and dimensions, so you can come with the right vehicle.
Bring your order or reference number and an ID. If you send someone else or your own carrier, give us their name in writing.
Once we hand the part over at our plant to you or your carrier, transport and its risks are your responsibility.

4. Shipping within Mexico

How it is charged: freight is not charged at checkout. At checkout, the “Delivery to your site: freight quoted separately” option shows as “Free” because freight is paid separately. Within 1 business day after your purchase we send you the freight cost to your postal code, with insurance included, and the estimated transit time. You pay it separately, before shipment.
If it does not suit you: you can pick it up at our plant or cancel your order with a full refund of what you paid, within 2 business days after you receive the freight cost.
If you prefer to know it before you buy: ask us for a freight quote to your postal code through Contact or WhatsApp and we send you a payment link with the product and the freight.
If you already bought with plant pickup and then prefer shipping, we quote it too. You pay it separately before shipment and, if it does not suit you, you pick it up at our plant as planned.
How it travels: by parcel service or freight carrier, depending on size and weight.
Insurance: all freight we hire is insured for the value of your order, and the cost of the insurance is included in the freight quote.
Tracking: when we ship, we send you the tracking number or the carrier's details.
Address: please check that the delivery address is correct and that someone can receive during business hours. If the address is wrong or no one receives the shipment, the new delivery attempt is on you.

5. When you receive your order

Inspect the box and the part before signing for it. If they are damaged or incomplete, write it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
If we hired the freight: we are responsible for the part until you receive it. Let us know as soon as you notice, preferably within 48 hours. We file the claim with the carrier and the insurer, and we repair or replace the part without charging you another freight, as the Returns and refunds policy says.
If you picked it up at our plant or sent your own carrier: the transport risk is yours from the moment we hand the part over (section 3) and the claim is with your carrier. We give you the photos and documents you need.

6. United States and Canada

By quote only: these shipments cannot be bought at checkout. Write to us or use the quote tool.
The quote states the price, where we deliver the part and who hires the transport.
Duties, import taxes and the customs broker in the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless the quote says otherwise.
Before we build, we confirm in writing which certifications the part has.
